Finding Our Circuit Breakers

Where in your life are you filling your time fixing symptoms? 👀

When it's spelled out, it's probably obvious that constantly patching up holes in a problem is never going to fix it if the cause never gets addressed - but when it's just become the day-to-day it's so much harder.

How can we possibly slow down when the incoming torrent never pauses? 🌊

It can feel lazy or even scary to stop, to time out, to consider if there might be a different way.

And when we put it like that, you know, I know, we all actually know that doing that pause to get perspective, to change our focus, is the only way to break the cycle.

So here's your reminder for an August Friday afternoon (or whenever you see this) - find a way to break it, even if it's 5 minutes time out, or a walk, or an afternoon off, or a chat with a buddy (or a coaching call, of course) whatever space you can make for yourself - to do the scary thing that you know will help 🤗
