I Have To Change To Stay the Same

"I have to change to stay the same" - a sign I spotted in Rotterdam this summer.

T r u t h!

So, given that it's work to stay the same version of ourselves (or our jobs or our organisations)

the choice is :
do we put in the work to stay the same
OR put in the work to become a more intentional future version
OR not put in any work & simply allow fate and life to change us to their will ?!?

It's another TRUTH that life is hard, but we get to choose the hard - taking action & making choices now - or picking up the bits of what happens down the line.

One LIE that often gets missed is those people who are super successful and say they had no plan... they had great habits and/or huge luck and/or great contacts.

So, let's all pick one thing we can do today to better influence the changes we actually want to happen 👏

(then this evening, celebrate the small win of doing it - right away celebrate it! 🎈
