⚡ What makes something stand out? How is that different to sticking out?

That's what came up in conversations I've had this week - and I wonder if it's the confidence with which we own the trait or feature that's standing/sticking...

Bottom line - do we really want to blend in? If we feel like something's sticking out, can we own it in a way to make it our super power?
