‘BASIL’ you say?

Business - Arts - Sustainability - Impact - Leadership : basil is the framework that I bring to the work we do together.

Caveat: in pure 1:1 coaching, I bring pure coaching skills, frameworks and person-centred focus, nothing more.

Beyond that, in events and projects, in facilitation or training, I bring my life’s work, experience & networks, which involves nuance and stories, and the best way I can be sum it up is this idea of BASIL.

I work in many sectors, with leaders who are working to make a difference, driven by purpose & often passion, and what I bring is BASIL, it’s a set of skills, experiences & collaborators that together help us bridge what’s needed in often unexpected and effective ways.

I’m driven by helping, learning and a hatred of waste - be that waste of talent, energy, effort, connections, opportunities, experience, ideas, as well as money and tangible resources - they’re all facets of the same thing in my experience, and BASIL helps me help you.
